    I need help figuring out my heart rate target and maximum range. I wear a heart rate monitor during my spinning class, and it is showing I’m at the high end of my range at around 150. At the toughest part of my workout (during intervals) I’m only at about 168! I remember working out at a lot higher than that…sometimes I would get up to 185. Is it just because I’m older (39)? I notice the target zones go down the older you get. Am I doing this right? Help!
